HOA Dues Reminder – Your 2026 HOA dues should be submitted by May 1, 2026. Please visit Dues and Payments for electronic payment options or contact the Treasurer for cash/check options. Please also submit all past-due dues to avoid additional fines.
As a friendly reminder, please submit any plans for exterior modifications or additions to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to starting work. This includes projects such as building a shed, installing or staining a fence, painting your home, or any other changes outlined in the Covenants and Restrictions. Plans can be submitted via email to cedarparkhoa.arc@gmail.com. Additionally, it has come to our attention that multiple vehicles are consistently parked on the street, which is a violation of Section 1.21 of our Covenants and Restrictions. We kindly ask that all residents park in their garage or driveway without blocking sidewalks, and reserve street parking for visitors only.
